Character is more important, students told
Former IT Adviser to government T Hanuman Chowdary has said that character is more important than education.Vignan University felicitated the parents of the students who got jobs during campus selections during this year while studying in the university.
Guntur: Former IT Adviser to government T Hanuman Chowdary has said that character is more important than education.Vignan University felicitated the parents of the students who got jobs during campus selections during this year while studying in the university.
Speaking on this occasion, he said that as many as 781 students got selected through campus selections during this academic year. The students got 892 opportunities. The parents of the selected students were felicitated.
Later, Chowdary inaugurated solar power unit. He said that Indian culture was great and added that those who follow dharma would be happy. Moral values were important than education. He urged the youth not to forget sacrifice of parents.
Vice-president of Polaris Subhashini said that while she was working in LIC, she continued her education and did hard work and became vice-president of the Polaris. She suggested the students do hard work.
She said that some of ordinary engineers were showing more interest in the work than IIT engineers. She said sound technology would play key role in the days to come.
