Delay in clearing grievances
District In-charge Collector Pulipati Koteswra Rao has directed the officials to solve the public grievances immediately whenever they received the representations.He received the representations from the public during Mee Kosam (Public grievances redressal programme) at Collectorate here on Monday.
Eluru: District In-charge Collector Pulipati Koteswra Rao has directed the officials to solve the public grievances immediately whenever they received the representations.He received the representations from the public during Mee Kosam (Public grievances redressal programme) at Collectorate here on Monday.
Speaking on the occasion, the In-charge Collector said that people from different areas had been visiting Collectorate to represent their problems. “We have to redress the problems submitted by the people. They are coming to the headquarters spending their money and time. Unfortunately, some officials are showing negligence on the problems represented by the public. It is not correct,” he said.
Responding to a representation of Jaji Yedukondalu of Epuru village of Pedapadu mandal who was wandering around the officials for Aadhaar seeding of his passbook, In-charge Collector said that it was not proper to create troubles for the petitioners and directed Pedpadu Tahsildar to complete the Aadhaar seeding of the passbook and conduct an inquiry into the incident.
Joint Collector-2 MH Sheriff, Housing Project director M Srinivas, District Panchayat Officer M Venkata Ramana and other officials participated in the programme.
