Kakinada: Additional Joint Collector Radha Krishna Murthy ordered the medical and health officials to come out with a specific plan for the mega health camp which will be organised by the Red Cross Society at ZP High School in Maredumilli on March 31.He reviewed arrangements of the health camp at a meeting held at Collectorate here on Saturday.

Speaking on this occasion, Radha Krishna Murthy informed that nearly 3,000 tribals would be benefitted from the medical camp from Yetapaka and Rampachodavaram agency areas. He ordered the medical and health officials, ITDA project officers, Sub-Collectors, Forest Department officials and Tribal Welfare Department officials to work in coordination. He explained that the Red Cross Society would supply the required medicines to the tribals during the camp.

He directed the officials that they should mobilise the required technicians to conduct blood tests, ECG and other required tests during the health camp. Specialists would render their services to patients for gynaecology, dermatology, ENT and pediatric problems. Food and water would also be provided by the Red Cross Society.

DM and HO Dr Chenchayya, GGH Superintendent Raghavendra Rao, RMC principal Dr Maha Lakshmi, Agency Additional DM and HO Dr Appa Rao, DIO Dr Mallik and District Red Cross Society secretary YD Rama Rao, Somu Durga Prasad and others participated.
