Cutting a cake at the party office here, in connection with TDP foundation day here on Thursday, the MLA said NT Rama Rao founded the party for the welfare of the poor and for the self-respect of Telugu people. Because of NT Rama Rao, Telugu speaking people are being recognised across the world.

NTR had implemented many welfare schemes for the people which received tremendous response from all quarters. It was the time for the party activists and
leaders to extend their support to the party.

The state never forgot the services rendered by former Chief Minister NT Rama Rao to the people during his tenure.Naidu imbibed confidence among the people by executing many welfare schemes and as an able administrator he proved himself many times.

Participating in the party foundation day celebrations in 42nd division, Godavari Urban Development Authority chairman Ganni Krishna said every politician should emulate the great leader NT Rama Rao, who was a role model in politics. He started TDP for the sake of poor people and at present it was also running in the same lines.

Every party activist should work to strengthen the party from grassroot level and TDP was the only saviour of the state, he added.TDP leaders Y V G Raidu, K N Kumar, T Bobby, V Rambabu, P R S Sai and many others were present.
