Collector, SP pay tributes to Jagjivan Ram
Collector Karthikeya Misra has advised people to emulate the great leader Dr Babu Jagjivan Ram, who rendered meritorious service to the nation for many years.Garlanding the statue of Dr Babu Jagjivan Ram in connection with his birth anniversary celebrations along with SP Vishal Gunni here on Thursday, he said Jagjivan Ram hailed from a poor family and was elevated to a top rank in the country.

His services cannot be forgotten, especially the upliftment of downtrodden in the country. He worked in the Union cabinet for the ministries of railways, transport, labour, agriculture, finance etc and brought reforms in those ministries.
Jagjivan Ram never compromised on quality of work and continued his career with honesty, commitment and dedication until his last breath. The young generation should know about the great leader.Revenue Divisional Officer KL Raghu Babu and others were present.
