Vijayawada: Student Unions Joint Action Committee members participated in a protest against BJP-led NDA government at Vijayawada Railway Station on Thursday.
They wore black badges in protest against the Central government for not according Special Category Status (SCS) to AP and not fulfilling bifurcation promises. The leaders protested in a unique way by standing on their knees and wearing black badges.
Speaking on the occasion, JAC leader A Surya Rao said that Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu and Prime Minister Modi had deceived people of the State for the last four years by not according SCS or fulfilling bifurcation promises.
JAC leader T Praveen, YSRCP city youth leader D Anji Reddy, N Koti, A Afsar, P Charan, A Ravindra, Nageswara Rao and others were present.
