Awards given to mark Phule birth anniversary
Philanthropic Society felicitated famous personalities in several fields with Ambedkar- Phule National Fellowship and International Honorary Awards with the support of Global Creative Arts Academy, USA here to mark Mahatma Phule’s birth anniversary on Wednesday.
Vijayawada: Philanthropic Society felicitated famous personalities in several fields with Ambedkar- Phule National Fellowship and International Honorary Awards with the support of Global Creative Arts Academy, USA here to mark Mahatma Phule’s birth anniversary on Wednesday.
The awards were presented by Andhra Pradesh SC, ST Commission chairman Dr Karem Sivaji, former minister and MLC Dokka Manikya Vara Prasad, former MLC K Dileep Kumar. They praised the organisers for celebrating Phule birth anniversary and felicitating the eminent personalities with national and international awards in various fields.
Organiser and founder of Philanthropic Society Dr Raja Yonah said that they were giving awards on great personalities’ birth anniversaries. Ambedkar- Phule Awards were being given for the first time.
Yeoh Cheang Huat from Malaysia, Padmaja Bommishetty from Tamil Nadu, Clint Joseph Rodrigues from Pondicherry, Parupalli Suresh and Kamatam Balaswamy from Khammam, Telangana, Annarathinam, from Pondicherry, Katuri Srinivasa Rao from Rajamahendravaram were given international honorary awards.
MB George Antony, M Satyanarayana, P Sesha prasad, G Nama Sivaiah, L Negeswara Rao Ch Swarna Kumari, M Suresh Kumar, M Ramachandra Rao, M Arogyam, Dr T Sheetal, Bhukya Shankar, D Mallesh, Dr Ch Srinivas Varma, J Venkateswarlu, Sk Pakir Saheb, K Peer Mohammad received the National Fellowship Awards for their services in various fields.The awardees had expressed their happiness on receiving the awards.
