Mass hunger strike by TDP tomorrow
MLA Bandaru Madhava Naidu has said that the TDP workers and leaders in Narsapuram constituency would take up a mass hunger strike to express solidarity to Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s Dharma Porata Deeksha on April 20.He addressed a meeting of the Narsapur constituency TDP leaders and workers held at his office on Wednesday.
Narsapuram: MLA Bandaru Madhava Naidu has said that the TDP workers and leaders in Narsapuram constituency would take up a mass hunger strike to express solidarity to Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s Dharma Porata Deeksha on April 20.He addressed a meeting of the Narsapur constituency TDP leaders and workers held at his office on Wednesday.
Speaking at the meeting, the MLA said that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu had decided to take up the Dharma Porata Deeksha on his birthday on April 20, in protest against the BJP Government’s betrayal to Andhra Pradesh.
The BJP had intentionally forgotten the assurances given in the Parliament and mentioned in the AP Reorganisation Act. Following the decision of the Chief Minister, the TDP workers and leaders would take up mass hunger strike on April 20 at Ambedkar Centre in Narsapur town, he added.He called upon the party workers and leaders to participate in the hunger strike.
