Guntur: Acharya Nagarjuna University vice-chancellor Prof A Rajendra Prasad has said unexpected health problems can be avoided with proper first aid.
He was speaking at an awareness meeting on first aid jointly organised by the ANU College of Physical Education and Indian Red Cross Society on the premises of the ANU on Wednesday. Prof Prasad said that first aid would solve some problems in the life.
He said that things learnt at awareness programme would help in real life and helpful to society.
Indian Red Cross Society director Dr Sridhar Reddy said that everyone should have knowledge of the first aid and explained various programmes conducted by the Indian Red Cross Society. Red Cross Society coordinator Dr Annamma, ANU Physical Education College principal Dr PPS Palkumar, Dr Rammohana Rao were among those participated.
