Vijayawada: The Andhra Cricket Association has handed over a Demand Draft for Rs.50,000 to TVS Ramesh and his family members by Ch Arun Kumar, Hon Gen Secretary, ACA today at his residence at Visakhapatnam.
Ramesh who is suffering from a chronic problem of immobility and he is confined to the bed and requires surgical treatment for recovery.TVS Ramesh was a former Andhra Junior player in 1990s and the news of his health condition was brought to the notice of ACA.
ACA immediately responded and the amount was handed over to him and his family members.
The Andhra Cricket Association takes care of all it’s former players who are genuinely in need and so-far, it has taken care of a number of former players and administrators.
