He participated as the chief guest at the inauguration of ‘Vesavi Vinodam’, a summer entertainment and education camp for the children organised by the AP National Green Corps at Dr Sarvepalli Radha Krishna Municipal Primary School in Jagannadhapuram here on Wednesday.
Speaking on this occasion, the MLA said that these summer camps were absolutely necessary. They would help the school children a lot. He appreciated the APNGC for organising such useful camps for children.
Speaking on this occasion, Deputy Educational Officer L Ganesh Babu suggested the students against wasting their time in summer. He informed that school children should be taught many different activities in the camp.
APNGC district coordinator Kesari Srinivasa Rao informed that 108 students participated on the first day of Vesavi Vinodam. School headmaster B Ravi, corporator KN Satyanarayana also spoke at the inaugural ceremony of the summer camp.Malladi Gangadhar, VSV Ramana Murthy, Haleem and others participated.
