Cooperative Bank staff sports meet begins
Vijayawada East MLA Gadde Rammohana Rao, formally inaugurated three-day sports meet of the State Cooperative Bank employees at Andhra Loyola College grounds here on Friday.
Vijayawada: Vijayawada East MLA Gadde Rammohana Rao, formally inaugurated three-day sports meet of the State Cooperative Bank employees at Andhra Loyola College grounds here on Friday.
Cooperative bank employees from across the state took part in the sports meet to mark 32nd anniversary of All India Cooperative Bank Employees Federation.
Speaking on the occasion, Rammohana Rao said many Indians and AP sports persons showed their talent and won several medals in the recent Commonwealth games held in Australia, which was inspiring everyone. He said that there was no age restriction for the sports.
Chess, volleyball, caroms and cricket competitions were being organised for the employees in the meet.
AINEA State General Secretary BS Ram Babu hoisted the union flag.Union advisors Ch Madhava Rao, YSRK Prasad, Y Srinivasa Rao, and others were present.
