Ministers console rape victim's family
Minister for Civil Supplies Prattipati Pulla Rao, Minister for Social Welfare Nakka Anand Babu, MLAs Mustafa and Modugula Venugopala Reddy on Thursday visited the GGH and consoled the minor girl who was raped by 55-years-old Subbaiah in Dachepalli. They enquired about the health condition of the victim. GGH Superintendent Dr DS Raju Naidu explained about health condition of minor girl.

They enquired about the health condition of the victim. GGH Superintendent Dr DS Raju Naidu explained about health condition of minor girl.
Later, speaking to the media, Pulla Rao said that the government would extend all kinds of assistance to the victim's family. The police formed special teams to arrest the accused.
The Minister expressed serious concern over the incident. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu issued orders to the officials to arrest the accused. He said the police would book case under the Nirbhaya Act against the accused.
