TDP takes out procession over Jagan’s comments
A rally was organised from Indira Gandhi Municipal Stadium to Venkateswara Swamy temple, Labbipet here on Wednesday, protesting against YSRCP chief Jaganmohan Reddy’s allegations of theft in Tirumala temple.
Vijayawada: A rally was organised from Indira Gandhi Municipal Stadium to Venkateswara Swamy temple, Labbipet here on Wednesday, protesting against YSRCP chief Jaganmohan Reddy’s allegations of theft in Tirumala temple.
TDP leader and MLC Buddha Venkanna alleged that Jagan was making baseless comments on the ornament theft at Tirumala Tirupathi Devsatanam (TTD). Venkanna expressed his ire on Jagan and MP Vijaya Sai Reddy for spreading rumors against TTD to mislead crores of devotees and to damage the sanctity of the temple.
He blamed both for creating cast differences among the people. He said that with the help of Modi and Amit Shah, they were claiming that irregularities took place at the TTD in the past and showcasing a negative impression on TTD.
