Vijayawada: The Vijayawada Municipal Corporation (VMC) Town Planning Section (TPS) officer Sharada informed that unauthorised construction was stopped at Andhra Prabha Colony here on Wednesday.
She said that as per the orders of the VMC Commissioner, J Nivas, unauthorised constructions would not be encouraged. Stern action would be taken on them.She informed that a portion of constructed building was demolished.
She said that the construction should be done as per the approved plan only. No deviation of construction would be encouraged. She warned that stern action would be taken for violating the rules.
