Kurnool: One hundred All Time Water plants would be set up throughout the parliamentary constituency with the funds from MPLADS and ten litres of pure water would be supplied to people for one rupee, Union Minister of State for Railways Kotla Jaya Suryaprakash Reddy said here on Monday.
