APPSC member dies in office

Hyderabad: A member of the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC), B V Somasekhar (51), collapsed in the office and died following a heart attack on Monday. He was rushed to a hospital where the doctors declared him brought dead. The APPSC Chairman Chittaranjan Biswal and other members of the commission paid homage to Somasekhar.A Somasekhar was appointed as the APPSC member in 2012. He was to retire in 2018. He held various posts in the state and central institutions including Vice�Chancellor of Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur, from 2010 to 2012.
