The members of Physically Handicapped Welfare Association launched the rally from C Camp up to old bus stand and raised slogans against the party leaders. During the rally Ellappa, leader of the Association, appealed to the leaders of all parties to keep the state unite. He said that the State would have to face a number of troubles if it was divided. He appealed to the political leaders to strive for unity.

Muslims take out rally
In Nandyala, sizable number of Muslims headed by former minister and TDP leader NMD Farooq took out a massive rally on Sunday demanding the decision to divide the state be withdrawn. Addressing the rally, the former minister said that the Congress leaders should not sit at home after resigning to their posts. “Instead they should lay siege to the house of UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi to force her to withdraw the decision,” he added.

The Lambadis took out a protest rally in the town demanding withdrawal of the decision to divide the State. During the rally, the Lambadis danced all the way appealing to God to give senses to the UPA chairperson to understand their sentiments.
