Continuing the crackdown on the illegal plying of private buses without proper documents, the RTA officials on Tuesday seized 13 private buses.
Surprisingly, the officials have also seized two Volvo buses belonging to State-owned APSRTC on the charges of lack of fire safety equipment among others. The private buses were seized on the charges of lack of proper permits and plying against the rules. RTO Hanumanta Reddy said that the raids on the illegal plying of buses would continue.
The seized buses belonged to Kesineni, Kaveri, Kaleswari, Rectis, and others.
