Addressing a press conference here, the party state president G Kishan Reddy said that while BJP was in favour of carving out the separate Telangana state and that the T Bill be introduced during the winter session of parliament, it was also of the firm view that the Centre needed to address the apprehensions of Seemandhra people on issues like sharing of water, education, employment and others before introducing the Bill. Meanwhile, the BJP leader criticised the TDP for boycotting the all-party meeting.
