Secunderabad: The online reservation services on Sunday will be impeded for 7 hours on Sunday. The Passenger Reservation System (PRS) will not be functional from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m on Sunday.
The South Central Railway CPRO, K. Sambasiva Rao on Sunday said due to some technical reasons, there is a need to shut down the PRS server located in Chennai on Sunday.
Due to this, he said, the south central and south east railway PRS services will remain nonfunctional. He urged the passengers to keep this thing noted. By the shutting down of the PRS server, advance ticket bookings, cancellation services, e-ticketing services, enquiry services and reservation charting functions will be hampered for 7 hours.
