TRS MLA K Taraka Rama Rao on Thursday demanded to know from the Assembly speaker if Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy had completed his speech on the Telangana Bill?
The Speaker made it clear that CM's speech was not concluded. As every member present here is eager to speak, we are trying to give a chance to as many members as possible. The Speaker also said that for each member will get 30 minutes time to speak.

President Pranab Mukherjee is expected to decide on Thursday the four week extension sought by the government to discuss and debate the Telangana Bill in the state Assembly before sending it to the President.
