AICC general secretary Digvijay Singh had said that he had summoned CM Kiran and PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana to Delhi to finalise the list of candidates on Friday. Digvijay was to discuss the much-debated Telangana bill with the duo during their Delhi visit.

According to reports, the CM informed Digvijay Singh over the phone that due to the Assembly sessions, he will not able to attend Rahul Gandhi's meeting over Rajya Sabha elections that is scheduled tomorrow.
