All eyes are on Chandrababu's speech as the TDP chief has maintained a neutral stand on the contentious issue. Political observers are curious to know what he has to finally say on Telangana. And now, there's no escape as the time has come for Naidu to clearly spell out his opinion.
On other hand, Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy is also getting ready to continue his unfinished speech.
