CM Kiran: Telangana bill or a draft?

There is no clarity on the financial issues in the Bill, neither does it mention anywhere about the need to divide the state and its objectives, he said.
Kiran also urged the Centre to send the final bill that has all the issues addressed and not just a draft.
To begin a real debate, the bill must include all the details.
