Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy who has an axe to grind over top Congress leaders this time threw an open challenge to the Congress High Command saying they have the guts, they must introduce the same bill (the one sent to AP Assembly) in the Parliament.

With his aggressive stance, the CM also said he will give up active politics if the Telangana Bill is introduced in the Parliament.

Stating that the Bill is full of mistakes and lacunae, the CM said that it is not an original bill and a mere draft.

He sought three weeks' extension to point at the mistakes in the Bill that was referred by the President.
