'Samaikyandhra protagonists must undergo Narco test'. Rural Development minister D.Manikya Vara Prasad who stuck to his decision of abiding by the Congress High Command's decision on the Telangana issue, said that Narco test should be conducted on all the leaders including Chief Minister to know who is a true Samikyandhra supporter.
This comment was not made by a Telangana leader, but came out from a Seemandhra minister's mouth!
Rural Development minister D.Manikya Vara Prasad who stuck to his decision of abiding by the Congress High Command's decision on the Telangana issue, said that Narco test should be conducted on all the leaders including Chief Minister to know who is a true Samikyandhra supporter.
If the Congress High command instructs, at least 50 Seemandhra Congress MLAs would abide by the the Party's decision and will vote in support of Telangana, he added.
Prasad and his colleague P. Bala Raju have not submitted affidavits to Speaker to oppose Telangana, while all the Seemandhra Congress leaders did.
