Telangana Bill: All oppose except two. Even Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy and PCC chief Botsa Satuanarayana submitted affidavits opposing the Congress High Comamnd's decision to divide the state. However, two ministers from Seemandhra have shown their loyalty to the High command.

Seemandhra Congress Ministers and MLAs on Wednesday submitted sworn affidavits to Assembly Speaker Nadendla Manohar during the debate on AP Reorganisation Bill expressing their opposition to bifurcation.

Even Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy and PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana submitted affidavits opposing the Congress High Comamnd's decision to divide the state. However, two ministers from Seemandhra have shown their loyalty to the High command.

Tribal Welfare Minister P Balaraju and Rural development minister Dokka Manikya Varaprasad have chosen to stand by their decision. They reiterated that they would abide by the decision of Congress High Command on the Telangana issue.

It may be recalled that Balarju had shocked everyone in the Assembly when he announced that he would support the Telangana Bill as the decision to bifurcate the state has been taken by the High Command.
