Telangana advocate approaches SC against Seemandhra leaders. Sunkari Janardhan Goud , an advocate by profession filed a caveat petition in the Supreme Court against the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Kiran Kumar Reddy; TDP chief , Chandrababu Naidu; YSRCP chief ,YS Jagan Mohan Reddy; YSRCP honorary president , YS Vijayamma; member of Parliament of Vijayawada Constituency, Lagadapati Rajagopal ; Lok Satta Party National president, Jayaprakash Narayan; TDP leaders Payyavula Kesav and CM Ramesh; BJP leader , Raghuma Krsihnam Raju; and few other leaders K.Prabhkar Raju, A.Chandra Mohan, K. Krsihna Murthy, M.Rama Krishna, Muppal Subbarao, Tirumalesh Adususumilli, P.V Krishnaiah,and any other person who are opposing formation of Telangana state.

In an interesting way, the Telangana state formation issue has been taking many transformations.
Most recently, On Saturday, Sunkari Janardhan Goud , an advocate by profession filed a caveat petition in the Supreme Court against the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Kiran Kumar Reddy; TDP chief , Chandrababu Naidu; YSRCP chief ,YS Jagan Mohan Reddy; YSRCP honorary president , YS Vijayamma; member of Parliament of Vijayawada Constituency, Lagadapati Rajagopal ; Lok Satta Party National president, Jayaprakash Narayan; TDP leaders Payyavula Kesav and CM Ramesh; BJP leader , Raghuma Krsihnam Raju; and few other leaders K.Prabhkar Raju, A.Chandra Mohan, K. Krsihna Murthy, M.Rama Krishna, Muppal Subbarao, Tirumalesh Adususumilli, P.V Krishnaiah,and any other person who are opposing formation of Telangana state.
The petitioner requested the honorable court "nothing be done in the above mentioned matter without giving notice to me".
Several leaders including Kiran Kumar Reddy are exploring the possibilities of approachi ng the Apex Court in the next few days opposing Telangana formation.
It is worth mentioning here that the petitioner is an active member of Telangana Advocate JAC.
