TRS men wear black badges to protest CM's Telangana stand. Telangana ministers did not attend the Cabinet meeting to show their anger over the Chief Minister’s act of sitting on dharna at Jantar Mantar and the incidents that preceded the dharna where women ministers were manhandled by the Delhi police. Several TRS members came to the Assembly wearing black badges protesting against the manner in which the CM pushed through the resolution rejecting the T Bill by a voice-vote in the Assembly.

The budget session of the Andhra Pradesh Assembly for presentation of the vote-on-account on budget, began on a stormy note on Monday with the Telangana Rashtra Samiti and Telangana Congress members protesting against the stand of Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy on the issue.
The session began at 10 am preceded by a special meeting of the Council of Ministers in the Legislative Assembly building at 9 am. The Cabinet approved the budget during the meeting.

Meanwhile, PCC Chief Botsa Satyanarayana fould fault with T ministers for skipping the Cabinet meeting. Speaking to minister DK Aruna at the Assembly lobby, Botsa reportedly told her that it was not right to miss the meeting being a Cabinet minister. Concerns and objections of the ministers could have been raised at the meeting itself, he added.
