"In my long political career, I have not seen this type of situation where the Bill rejected by the state Assembly is getting passed in the Parliament," said senior Congress leader and MLA Gade Venkat Reddy on Wednesday.
Speaking to the media at Bapatla in Guntur, Gade termed the decision as unconstitutional and anyone who implements such decision are prone to face troubles, he added.
It is unconstitutional to introduce the Telangana Bill in the Parliament which was rejected by the State Assembly, he iterated.
The supporters for Telangana are less and the surveys conducted on the Telangana issue have revealed that it was best for Andhr Pradesh to be united. At one stage, Gade got emotional and broke down as he spoke about the Congress' unilateral decision to divide the state.
