Even Prime Minister Manmohan Singh himself was saddened to witness such unruly scenes in the Parliament.
Amidst all this, an interesting incident took place in the Parliament. Though Seemandhra Ministers Kavuri, Chiranjeevi staged a protest, Kotla Suryaprakash Reddy's protest grabbed the attention of the onlookers.
Being a Union Minister of State for Railways, he should not disrupt his superior Railway minister Mallikarjun Kharge while he's presenting the vote-on-account in Lok Sabha .
Many feel that he should stand by his superior and should help him instead of protesting and stalling the House proceedings.
As members continued to disrupt the House over the Telangana issue, Kharge was left with no option than to abruptly concluded his presentation.
