According to reports the TDP MLA, seething with anger indulged in a verbal war with the CMO officials questioning their negligence of works related to him and his associates.
He alleged that the CMO officials had purposely denied permission to his associate to set up a medical college.
At one stage, he lost his temper on the officials and slammed them.
The officials who were shocked by the foul language of the MLA expressed their anguish.
