The talk in the TDP circles is that the tour may not get mileage given that the Samaikyandhra agitation has intensified in the Seemandhra. Thus, postponing the tour was a wise decision.
The TDP leaders had made all the arrangements for Lokesh's cycle yatra as only two days were left for the tour to begin.
It is learnt that Lokesh held a meeting with the senior leaders of the party at his home. During the meeting, the leaders reportedly told Lokesh that due to the present political developments, it is better to postpone his statewide tour.
The new schedule for the tour is expected to be announced today.
