Kiran knocked out or will deliver knockout punch?

Kiran Kumar Reddy, former Ranji player who won many matches along with the then successful captain Mohammed Azharuddin later became Andhra Pradesh Speaker courtesy, former Chief Minister YS.Rajasekhar Reddy. From then on he played his political game meticulously and snatched Chief Minister's post in the state with the mercy of Congress High Command and Sonia Gandhi. During that time he was branded as rubber stamp Chief Minister.

But slowly and steadily he started imposing his authority and showed his strength - dealing with striking government employees both from Telangana and Seemandhra side. None can forget how he made Telangana employees call off their 60-day strike and also his role in the recent Seemandhra employees strike.

When Chief Minister Kiran dared Congress and Sonia Gandhi's decision to bifurcate Andhra Pradesh to form Telangana, many were stunned. They couldn't believe their eyes as he was branded as rubber stamp Chief Minister. Congress High Command gave Kiran a long rope even after he defied orders day in and day out. Many even suspected Kiran of enacting a script prepared by Sonia Gandhi.

Now speculation is rife that Kiran will soon float his own party. Even this many feel is the handiwork of Congress High Command to restrict the growth of Jagan Mohan Reddy's YSRCP and Chandra Babu Naidu's Telugu Desam Party. But much to the shock, none from the Congress party or even his key aides came in support of Kiran Kumar Reddy when he convened the meeting of his trusted leaders, before taking a call on his new party.

Now the question on everyone's mind is if Kiran is knocked out or will he soon deliver a knockout punch? Till now one gets the impression that his stakes rose with him taking up Samaikyandhra stand. If Kiran really defied Sonia Gandhi for Samaikyandhra stand, then he is surely a hero. Had he not and played according to Sonia Gandhi's script, then it is another issue.

Many feel with no one coming out in support of Kiran after he quit Congress Party, Sonia Gandhi and Congress High Command has knocked Chief Minister Kiran out. Whether or not Sonia Gandhi and Congress High command knocked out Chief Minister Kiran, it is up to him to prove otherwise. He has already made the groundwork to start a new party titled Jai Samaikyandhra and the buzz is that the party's symbol will be 'padukalu' (pair of slippers).
