During the course of police inquiry, it was revealed that the accused Ravi Dutta, who is a priest in a temple by profession, has sketched a plan to murder the husband of her lover staying in Ongole.
He depended on Bihar Mafia for the same and purchased a country revolver for Rs 55 thousand and came to Vijayawada bus stand to execute his plan. By mistake, the bullet was fired from his revolver which hit a nearby person Venkataramana.
