Names of retired Supreme Court judge Justice B Sudarshan Reddy, political analyst professor Haragopal, noted educationist Chukka Ramaiah, senior journalist Potturi Venkateshwara Rao, Prof Dr Gopalakrishna and L Panduranga Reddy among the names that are doing rounds at present.

About 15 organisations comprising of teachers, private and aided lecturers, outsourcing employees besides caste and public organisations have sent in applications to join the JAC since it would give them a chance to voice their opinion on a better platform.
