Hyderabad: A total of 4,49,955 in general courses and12,480 students in vocational courses from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have cleared the first year Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary Examinations (IPASE) that were held in May/June. The results were released by the Andhra Pradesh HRD Minister Ganta Srinivas Rao here on Wednesday.
A pass rate of 69.49 per cent in general and 56.35 per cent in vocational courses was recorded
The results are available on http://examresults.ap.nic.in, http://results.cgg.gov.in, www.indiaresults.com. Students registered a pass rate of 69.49 per cent in general and 56.35 per cent in vocational courses. Girls outshined boys in the results. Girls secured 72.51 per cent and 60.83 per cent in general and vocational courses, but could register only 66.87 per cent and 54 .24 in general and vocational courses.

Ramasankar Naik, secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, said that principals can collect memoranda of marks and records from the regional inspection officer on July 7. Students can report to Board of Intermediate Education through principals if any discrepancies are found in the memoranda of marks by July 31.

Students who wish to apply for recounting and photo copy-re-verification of valued answer scripts can submit online through Mee Seva/e-seva or AP online centres on or before July 8. Rs 100 per paper would be charged for recounting and Rs 600 per paper for photo copy-cum re-verification would be charged.
