GITAM In Vizag May Host AP Winter Session. The winter session of Andhra Pradesh Assembly is likely to be held in Visakhapatnam. The AP Government is planning to convene the session either in the campus of GITAM or Andhra University.
The winter session of Andhra Pradesh Assembly is likely to be held in Visakhapatnam. The AP Government is planning to convene the session either in the campus of GITAM or Andhra University.
AP Assembly ethics committee member Pithani Satyanarayana inspected the campus to check the facilities available to conduct the sessions. He would submit a report to the Assembly speaker soon. Based on the recommendations of the speaker, the AP CM would take a final call.
The Government is expected to make an official announcement on this in a week. Earlier, there were reports that the sessions will be held on the premises of Acharya Nagarjuna University but it was ruled out.
