Pawan to counter TDP, corner YS Jagan?

Actor and Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan has reportedly decided to undertake a tour of Andhra Pradesh in October. Sources say that the shoot of Pawan's Sardaar Gabbar Singh is progressing at a brisk pace and Pawan's part will be completed soon. After wrapping up the film shooting, the Janasena chief is keen on getting actively involved in party activities and also strengthen the party at all levels.

It is learnt that Pawan would commence his state-wide tour from October 2 on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti starting from Srikakulam. He is expected to meet farmers to collect their opinions on the way the welfare scheme is being implemented, capital construction and several other issues.

Political analysts feel that Pawan, who has already warned the TDP on land acquisition process, may question the party on several issues during his tour. It appears that Pawan's tour may be aimed at countering YS Jagan who is conducting a series of dharnas and protests against the AP Government.

The TDP might roll out a red carpet for Pawan's tour as many TDP leaders feel that Pawan is the only one who can keep a check on Jagan and his presence will be a crowd puller.
