Speaking to reporters, he made it clear he would remain in the party forever.

There were reports that the TDP leader was disappointed over giving MLC ticket to Magunta Srinivasulu Reddy.

Speculations were rife that he would join the YSRCP soon.

He tried to put an end to the speculations saying that some leaders were spreading false rumors and there was no truth in them.
