Four students go missing at Suryalanka beach
Tragedy struck at the Suryalanka Beach in Baptla in Guntur district when five engineering students went missing at the sea.
Tragedy struck at the Suryalanka Beach in Baptla in Guntur district when four engineering students went missing at the sea. The four youngsters who went to take a bath are said to have drowned in the sea. While two bodies of the students reached the shore, two are still missing. The Marine Police are looking for the other two youngsters.
With holidays declared in the Vignan Engineering college, 15 students came for a trip to the Suryalanka Beach on Friday morning. Five of them went for a swim and never returned. The youngsters who were studying Mechanical Engineering [second year]- Gudivada Krishna Prasad from Rambhatla Palem and Mahesh from Nalgonda district were found dead on the seashore while Srinivas from Tenali and Jaidev from Guntur are still missing.
