40,000 contestants, 15 lakh worth of prizes

Telugu states known for tasty dishes have become venue for South India's biggest ever cooking competition "Cooking Queen". Sampradhaya Events Company in association with Magic Hours is organising the mega cooking competition in which about 40,000 women are going to participate that begins on Friday.

The organisers conducted a press meet at YMVA Association Hall, Rajahmundry in which MLC Nannapaneni Rajakumari along with film star Priya Vashista and Magic Hours MD VS Raju released "Cooking Queen" program logo, promo and website on Thursday.

Speaking on this programme, P Sunil Kumar, Director, Sampradhaya Event, said, “We are pleased to organise this prestigious competition with an aim to show ladies cooking talent to the world not just restricting to their homes. Arrangements are already made in two Telugu states for auditions and selections.”
