Irrigation Minister and Telugu Desam Party senior leader Devineni Umamaheswara Rao accused YSRCP Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy of plotting against the interests of the state and to create issues.
Alleging that YS Jagan is instigating students over the special status issue just to gain political mileage, Minister Devineni asked the YSRCP leader to stage his Deeksha's for AP special status in Delhi and not in the state.
The Minister further stated that the YSRCP leaders and Jagan are misleading the people of AP over the special status issue. YS Jagan has decided to go on indefinite hunger strike to demand the special status for AP in Guntur on October 7.
