Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu may reshuffle his cabinet any time after Dasara in a bid to make his government more efficient. Chandrababu’s upcoming cabinet is likely to spring many surprises. Some top leaders are likely to be reshuffled.
The buzz in the TDP suggests that the AP CM is keen on inducting Assembly Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad Rao, one of the party's most senior leader into the cabinet.

The reshuffle is most likely to take place after the foundation stone laying ceremony of Amaravati which is scheduled to be held on October 22.

Sources say that at least three ministers will be shown the door for several reasons and many will get new ministries.
Currently, several ministers including Palle Raghunath Reddy, Pattipati Pulla Rao, and Ganta Srinivasa Rao are handling more than one portfolio. Their portfolios are likely to be changed and Kodela is expected to take over the reins of health portfolio.

Sources say that Deputy CM, who is handling Revenue portfolio, is likely to be one of those who will be affected by the reshuffle. His revenue portfolio will be taken away from him and would be handed a different portfolio.

Several senior leaders including Gali Muddu Krishnama Naidu, Payyavula Kesav and Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy are said to be lobbying for the cabinet berth.
