Students of the PB Siddhartha Arts and Science College came forward to extend a helping hand for the poor and needy by pooling up an amount of Rs 11, 500. The amount was donated towards the medical expenses of a class one girl Bindu, who was injured in an accident that involved her mother as well.
The students supported the medical expenses of Bindu, studying at Navodaya School. The students handed over the amount to the Correspondent of Navodaya School in the presence of principal MVN Padma Rao and director V Babu Rao. Bindu and her mother got hit by a vehicle resulting in severely damaged legs while crossing the road earlier.
