The Andhra Pradesh government is making elaborate arrangements for the foundation laying ceremony of the AP capital city Amaravati on October 22.

There were reports that AP CM Chandrababu Naidu has decided to call on his Telangana counterpart KCR at his residence to invite him for the ceremony.
Several top leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, a Japanese minister and Singapore minister Eswaran have already confirmed their participation in the ceremony.

But the big question is will Chandrababu invite Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan, whose campaign helped in the success of TDP-BJP combine in AP, to the ceremony.

His continuous tweets against the AP Government have sparked strong speculations that Pawan is heading for a break-up. Pawan also visited the capital areas and met the farmers who are not willing to part with their lands for the capital construction. But the TDP leaders pleased the Jansena chief by not invoking the land acquisition act.

Many feel that the honeymoon between TDP and Pawan still continues. But sources close to Pawan say that he is reportedly angry on the TDP leaders for their silence on the Special status issue.

Sources in the TDP say that Chandrababu will definitely invite Pawan for the ceremony but he may not call on him personally and invite. "There is no doubt in that.

Chandrababu will invite Pawan. He will not go personally to invite him. Some TDP leaders may go or Chandrababu may invite him over the phone," a TDP leader said.
