Vijayasri emerges victor at national aquatic championship

City-based swimmer, Vijayasri Gupta has won three medals at the 12th national masters aquatic championship 2015 held at Bhopal. The event is conducted every year by the Swimming Federation of India and the event is for the veterans across the country.

Vijayasri Gupta, representing the new capital of Andhra Pradesh had won silver medal in 50 meters butterfly, bronze in 100 meters back stroke and secured fourth place in 200 meters free style. The city swimmers and the sports associations have congratulated Vijayasri on her achievement.
