Guru puraskaaram awarded by  Nara Lokesh at sidharda gardens function hall in Guntur Nara Lokesh complimented Ramineni Foundation, which has been set up by the NRIs from USA to serve their motherland and promote quality education in rural India. He said that its founders were dedicated to promote Indian culture in USA and also serve the rural population in India by promoting quality education.

Recalling his student life, Lokesh said that was an average student and scored only 50 per cent in his secondary education and 80 in Intermediate. He also spoke about his life in the USA, and how the place groomed him for life. He spoke vivaciously about the contributions made by Nara Chandrababu Naidu to the State.

The National General Secretary of TDP stated “Palle is equal to Thalli and Patnam as Priyuralu. These two should be well taken care of. Those who fly high in life should not forget their motherland.” He advised students to emulate the achievements of Albert Einstein, Baba Saheb Ambedkar and other leaders who gave the world something to feel proud of.

Post the speech, he gave away certificates to toppers of 15 districts and toppers 121 mandal. He also awarded Guru Puraskarams to 86 teachers and felicitatrf 60 headmasters. Ramineni Foundation president Dharma Prachark Ramineni spoke at length on the service being rendered by the foundation to students since the year 2000.

Human Resource Minister Ganta Srinivas, Social Welfare Minister Ravella Kishore Babu, Agriculture minister Pulla Rao, members of parliament Rayapati Sreenivas and Galla Jayadev and MLA's Modugula and D.Narendra and MLC Rama Krishna were also present.
