She addressed the students at Silver Jubilee Hall of the Vasavya Mahila Mandali (VMM) on the occasion of 127th birth anniversary of Jamnalal Bajaj. A meeting has been organized to commemorate the contributions of Jamnalal to the nation at VMM, as its founder president Chennupati Vidya was awarded with memento of Jamnalal Bajaj Foundation for her contribution for society for the year 2014-15.

Krishna Kumari further spoke about how children should ape qualities from elders and especially of the people who are socially associated. She asked them to draw inspiration from Chennupati Vidya, who has rendered many services towards empowerment of women and girl child. She insisted that girls take part in social activities which enhance their public approach.

An essay writing competition was organized for the students of the Corporation schools on the life and contribution of Jamnalal Bajaj. The competition was held in both languages, Telugu and English. The top three contestants of the essay writing competition were forwarded by the concerned management to the final test that was organized by the VMM at their campus.

They picked out the best three in Telugu and English language categories. Prizes for them were given away by the guests. VMM Technical incharge Dr Keerthi, secretary G Rashmi, retired IFS M V V Satyanarayana, director of theist Center G Vijayam and others were present.
